Pear Ginger Jam
This recipe is great for people who really watch their sugar intake. That doesn’t mean we hold back on flavor. We take our lovely pears and roast them with fresh ginger root, a big splash of rye bourbon, and just a hint of cinnamon. Then we sweeten the recipe with just a hint of agave syrup. Great over toast, as a side with an herb roasted pork chop, or in a recipe where apple sauce is called for it’s delicious.
